This policy explains how RedNovius ("we", "us"), the company behind PubVisual, handles personal data collected through rednovius.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

• Forms you submit. When you book a demo, contact us, request a case study or report, or subscribe to our email, we receive the details you enter: typically your name, work email, company, and your message. We use them only to respond to your request and, if you asked for it, to send you the material or occasional email. Form submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms, a form-processing service.
• Google Analytics, only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It loads only after you click Accept in the cookie banner, with IP anonymization enabled. If you decline, Google Analytics does not run.
• HubSpot visitor analytics. We use HubSpot to see how visitors move through the site and to connect that activity to our records when you get in touch. HubSpot sets cookies and runs on every visit, including before you make a cookie choice. You can block or remove these cookies through your browser settings.
• Your cookie choice. Your Accept/Decline decision is stored in your browser (localStorage) so we don't ask on every visit. You can change it any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or profile individual visitors.

Legal bases (GDPR)

• Responding to your enquiries and requests: our legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract.
• Google Analytics and the monthly email: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• HubSpot visitor analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding how our site is used.

How long we keep data

Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation. Email subscribers can unsubscribe with one click in any email; we then remove the address from the list.

Who else touches the data

Our service providers process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery), HubSpot (visitor analytics and customer records), and Google (analytics, only after consent). Some providers process data in the United States; transfers rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date above. We won't quietly expand what we collect.
